We bake all our pita bread to order, use a charcoal grill, and cook with a special Spanish oven called a Jasper, which operates on unique charcoal. Everything is prepared daily, ensuring the freshest ingredients and flavors. Our vegetable-driven, healthy dishes are cooked with olive oil, and we make our own labneh in-house.
Our dining experience is family-style in a modern, non-traditional space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We boast a unique wine list featuring selections from the Middle East and Eastern Europe, as well as classic choices. Our cocktail program is crafted from scratch, with all syrups, garnishes, and juices freshly prepared. We also offer a delightful selection of arak, a traditional Middle Eastern liquor.
