Today, Sof is the proud restaurant group of our three Israeli-inspired concepts: our high end butchery and specialty steakhouse. Doris Metropolitan, our one-of-a-kind bakery with unique offerings only found in Houston, Bādolina Bakery & Café, and Hamsa, a modern-Isreali restaurant with an upbeat vibe.
